01What Lifetime means
The Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase that gives you access to all current Ascended-tier features, plus your name in our Supporters of the Oracle credits, for as long as Sanctum Arcana operates. There is no recurring charge.
This page sets out exactly what we promise — and what we don't — when you buy a Lifetime membership.
02What is included
A Lifetime membership grants you, for the operational lifetime of the service:
- Everything currently included in the Ascended tier (see the Pricing page for the live list).
- No subscription, no monthly charge.
- Your name (or chosen pseudonym) on the Supporters of the Oracle credits page.
- New features added to the Ascended tier over time will generally be included in Lifetime as well, unless we explicitly note otherwise on the feature page.
03What “lifetime” means in practice
"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of Sanctum Arcana, not your biological lifetime or any guaranteed period of service. We will operate the service for as long as it is viable to do so.
If we ever stop operating the service, we will give Lifetime members at least 90 days' notice and provide a path to export your readings and rituals. We will also offer a partial pro-rata refund if the service is shut down within the first three years of your Lifetime purchase.
04Refunds
You can request a full refund of your Lifetime membership within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, by emailing support@sanctumarcana.life from the address on your account. This 14-day window is consistent with your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
After 14 days, the membership is non-refundable except where:
- The law in your jurisdiction grants you a stronger right — including your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 to digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
- We shut down the service within the first three years of your purchase, in which case the partial pro-rata refund described in section 03 applies.

05Not transferable
A Lifetime membership is tied to the account that purchased it and cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to another person.
06Changes to features
The set of features included in the Ascended tier — and therefore in Lifetime — may evolve over time. We may add, change, or retire individual features as the product develops. We will not retroactively remove core features that were a meaningful part of your purchase decision without offering an equivalent replacement or a refund.
