Yes. Both Believer and Ascended are month-to-month. Cancel from your account settings whenever you wish, and your access continues to the end of the billing period. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, so cancellation isn't applicable.
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time and you won't be charged again, though we don't refund partial months. Lifetime memberships have a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Believer members get a seat in the Inner Temple, our community Discord, with access to general chat, weekly card threads, and member announcements. Ascended members unlock every chamber: private circles for ritual study groups, seasonal practice rooms, and member-only events.
Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade between Believer and Ascended at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Lifetime is a separate one-time purchase. Paid Believer or Ascended members get a small credit toward Lifetime if they choose to upgrade.
The AI doesn't predict your future. No tool can. What it does is weave the cards you draw into a coherent reflection grounded in traditional tarot meanings, framed around the question you ask. Think of it as a thoughtful interpreter sitting beside you, not an oracle. You bring the question. The cards offer the mirror. The reading just helps you read it.
Yes. Your saved readings are tied to your account and visible only to you. We never share or sell personal data. You can delete any reading, or your whole account, at any time, and your data is removed within 30 days.
When you switch this on, your AI readings can quietly reference your recent practice: recurring cards, patterns from the last few weeks, a question you sat with before. Reflective, never predictive. The cards remember what's moved, not what's coming. Your past readings stay on Sanctum Arcana, used only for your own reflections. Never shared, never sold, never used to train AI. The toggle lives in your account settings, default off. Opt in when you're ready.
You can pull a Daily Card Draw without an account, once. To do a full Tarot Reading, or to come back tomorrow for another card, you'll need to create a free account. No card details required.
