Sign in, open Account → Subscription, and choose Cancel. You'll keep your access until the end of your current billing period. No clawback. If you change your mind, you can resume at any time from the same page. Lifetime memberships aren't subscriptions, so cancellation isn't applicable.

The AI doesn't predict your future. No tool can. What it does is weave the cards you draw into a coherent reflection grounded in traditional tarot meanings, framed around the question you ask. Think of it as a thoughtful interpreter sitting beside you, not an oracle. You bring the question. The cards offer the mirror. The reading just helps you read it.

Believer members get a seat in the Inner Temple, our community Discord, with access to general chat, weekly card threads, and member announcements. Ascended members unlock every chamber: private circles for ritual study groups, seasonal practice rooms, and member-only events.

Yes, both. Individual readings can be deleted from your Saved Readings page. To delete your whole account, go to Account → Settings → Delete account. Your readings, rituals, and personal data are removed within 30 days. We do not retain copies and we do not use your readings to train any system.

First, refresh the page. Card images are large, and a slow connection can stall the load. If that doesn't help, try a different browser or send us a message with the page you were on and what you saw.

Stripe usually confirms within a minute or two, and your account upgrades automatically. If it's been longer than fifteen minutes, sign out and back in once. That forces a re-check. If it's still not right, send us your email and the time of payment and we'll sort it within hours (priority for Ascended/Lifetime members).

Monthly memberships can be cancelled any time and you won't be charged again, though we don't refund partial months. Lifetime memberships have a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. Full details in our Refund Policy.
